Responsible for the procurement of raw materials, components, and other supplies required for production.
Monitor inventory levels and generate purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, manage contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and inventory data.
Support the implementation of procurement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to align purchasing activities with business objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the procurement function.

Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree
Language: Business-level English, Japanese Speaker preferred
Experience:
Must experience Purchasing SPV or assistant manager in F&B or hospitality
Experience in accounting and Proficient in Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Good leadership and teamwork abilities.
Proficient in using procurement software and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

THR (Lebaran Allowance): One month salary
BPJS: Ketenagakerjaan, Kesehatan
Two times salary increment annually (August based on KPI, the other according to government regulation)
