Create and manage 3D drawings, animations, and other visual content requested by clients in Japan and overseas, including Singapore and Thailand.
Review incoming project requests for 3D renderings and animations from Japan and other countries.
Manage the team's workload, schedule, project quality, and time management to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Participate in production as a Senior 3D artist/designer while also fulfilling managerial responsibilities.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with Japanese teams and clients to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Language: Japanese speaking at a business level.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in design or 3D computer graphics production.
Proficient in AutoCAD, both 2D and 3D.
Skilled in SketchUp, V-Ray, D5 Render, and Blender, with relevant experience.
Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and composition.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Other:
Submission of CV and portfolio is mandatory (applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed).
Must contribute directly to production, not limited to coordination.
