Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare work reports related to the operational business development at the Branch Office.
- Collaborate with the Head Office in Jakarta as well as the Mother Company in Japan regarding Branch Office operations.
- Conduct strategic planning for the development of the Medan Branch Office.
- Oversee the execution of business plans and their implementation within each department at the Medan Branch Office.
- Establish business partnerships with external parties for the development of the Medan Branch Office.
- Manage the operations of the training center and its staff.
- Support the implementation of programs and policies at the Medan Branch Office.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (any major).
- Language: JLPT N2/N1.
- Experience:
- Must have years of experience at the managerial level in a company.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field such as a training institution or training center.
- Experience working or living in Japan is a plus.
