- The company is an HR technology firm that provides a cloud-based product.
- As a consultant, you will manage existing client projects, providing feedback and addressing current issues based on data and facts to the client's local person in charge, ensuring that solutions and suggestions are data-driven.
- After several months, you will gradually take charge of new client business development.
- As the first local representative, you will be required to support administrative duties and act as a bridge for communication between internal and external parties.
- Additional roles and responsibilities may be assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Language:
- Japanese Speaker with JLPT N2 level or higher, able to communicate in Japanese with clients
- English Speaker with business-level proficiency
- Experience:
- More than 3 years of working experience in B2B sectors, preferably in intangible products sales; however, experience in external communication will also be considered.
- Driver's License: Required
