Introduce products and develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers and suppliers to acquire new business opportunities.
Conduct feasibility studies to assess customers' creditworthiness.
Prepare initial proposals and credit proposals, analyze and examine lease applications, and appraise credit risk of customers, presenting findings to superiors.
Follow up on the collection of customer documents and visit customers to observe their conditions firsthand.
Obtain confirmation from superiors regarding disbursement amounts in accordance with company rules.
Implement marketing policies and operating procedures aligned with the company's business strategy.
Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
Prepare and submit marketing reports regularly.
Respond to and follow up on work requirements and instructions from superiors and management to accomplish duties effectively.

Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, minimum GPA of 3.0 (Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance is a plus; Ritsumeikan is a significant advantage).
Language: Basic Japanese communication and reading skills (JLPT N2 or higher) and business-level English proficiency (fluent).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Japanese company (experience in Japan or in financial leasing is a strong advantage).
Driver License: TBA.
