Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and guide newly assigned Indonesian personnel to their host company and assist with initial setup.
- Provide interpretation during various training sessions and on-the-job instructions for Indonesian personnel.
- Conduct regular in-person visits and/or telephone check-ins with Indonesian personnel to ensure their well-being and integration.
- Draft and translate periodic and ad-hoc notices, safety warnings, and various guidance documents to facilitate communication.
- Create and translate various documents and educational tools for the host companies to enhance understanding and compliance.
- Provide telephone interpretation after assignment and escort personnel to hospitals or other necessary locations as required.
- Perform other related duties as necessary to support the team and personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Language:
- Ability to communicate with Japanese clients at JLPT N2 level.
- Experience:
- Must be residing within commutable distance of the Osaka Office.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have driving experience.
- Must be willing and able to travel, including overnight stays.
- Experience in supervising organizations is preferable.
