Prepare and manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.
Generate and analyze cash reports to monitor and manage cash flow efficiently.
Reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues related to invoicing and cash management.
Analyze and interpret balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support decision-making.
Ensure financial reports are accurate and comply with company policies and regulations.
Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPN (Value-Added Tax), PPh 23 (Income Tax Article 23), PPh 26 (Income Tax Article 26), and PPh 21 (Income Tax Article 21).
Prepare and file tax reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with tax audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
Utilize Japanese language skills to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders.
Translate financial documents and reports as needed.
Facilitate smooth communication between Japanese-speaking partners and the finance team.

Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
Language: Minimum JLPT N2
Experience: Minimum 2 years in finance and accounting, preferably from a Japanese manufacturing company
Understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss)
Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPN (Value-Added Tax), PPh 23 (Income Tax Article 23), PPh 26 (Income Tax Article 26), and PPh 21 (Income Tax Article 21)
