- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and manage accounts to expand the company's market share.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecast future sales trends, and collaborate with internal teams to meet targets and deliver client solutions efficiently.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any major
- Language: Minimum JLPT N3
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a direct sales position, experience in a trading company is preferred
- Driver's License: SIM A
