- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure a positive experience.
- Prepare Purchase Orders in line with forecast planning to meet customer demands.
- Liaise with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Oversee and track the progress of new project or product implementation to ensure successful delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language: Have JLPT Certificate (minimum N3) and communicative English proficiency
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in sales within the automotive industry
- Driver License: SIM A
