- Escort newly assigned Indonesian personnel to their designated companies, assisting with relocation procedures at government offices, opening bank accounts, setting up mobile phone contracts, arranging internet services, explaining company and accommodation rules, purchasing daily necessities and groceries, and clarifying future job responsibilities.
- Provide interpretation during various training sessions and work guidance for Indonesian personnel to ensure effective communication and understanding.
- Conduct regular visits and telephone interviews with Indonesian personnel to ensure their smooth transition and address any concerns they may have.
- Create and translate periodic and ad hoc notices, guidance materials, and instructions to facilitate communication and understanding between personnel and the company.
- Develop and translate various materials and educational tools for host companies to enhance the onboarding process and support the integration of new employees.
- Provide telephone interpretation after assignment placement, including escorting personnel to hospitals when necessary to ensure their well-being.
- Work may include Saturdays and Sundays. Compensatory days off and holiday work allowances will be provided.
Kualifikasi
- Language: Japanese with JLPT N2 level or higher.
- Experience:
- Experience as an interpreter in a supervisory organization or company.
- Experience working at a staffing agency.
- Driver's license: Required.
Benefit
