- Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers for injection molding products, including plastic parts and spare parts.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand technical requirements, monitor project progress, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations based on customer drawings, specifications, and production feasibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on product specifications, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Generate invoices and ensure the accuracy of all sales-related documentation.
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery in line with customer expectations.
- Respond to customer inquiries, handle feedback, and provide effective after-sales support.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.
- Minimum JLPT N2 (certified), with strong Japanese communication skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing within injection molding manufacturing.
- Hands-on understanding of press and injection molding processes.
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end sales cycle, including quotation, negotiation, and customer follow-up.
- Experience in handling Japanese clients is highly preferred.
- Excellent coordination skills with cross-functional teams, including Production, PPIC, and QA.
