Maintain strong and effective communication with customers regarding injection molding products, including spare parts.
Conduct regular client visits to gather requirements, monitor project progress, and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations based on customer specifications and production feasibility.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on product specifications, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Generate invoices and ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate and properly maintained.
Monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery in accordance with customer expectations.
Handle customer inquiries, manage feedback, and provide comprehensive after-sales support.

Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
Minimum JLPT N2 (certified) with strong proficiency in Japanese communication, both spoken and written.
At least 4 to 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing within the injection molding manufacturing industry.
Practical knowledge of press and injection processes.
Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, including quotation preparation, negotiation, and customer follow-up.
Prior experience handling Japanese clients is an advantage.
Proven ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Production, PPIC, QA, and others.
