- Develop and implement effective on-ground sales strategies to meet sales targets and promote business growth.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, forecasting, and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Manage pricing and sales programs while ensuring margins and profitability are maintained.
- Oversee various sales channels and distribution methods, including distributors, modern trade, general trade, and the hotel, restaurant, and catering sector, while monitoring both sell-in and sell-out activities.
- Willingness to travel out of town is required; must have experience in managing both business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language: English (Business-level), Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the food manufacturing industry
- Driver's License: SIM A & SIM C
