Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
Ensure all production processes comply with quality standards and safety regulations.
Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency.
Lead, train, and evaluate production staff to maintain high performance and discipline within the team.
Coordinate with other departments, such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse, to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate production reports, including output, downtime, and any issues encountered during production.
Ensure proper utilization of machinery, materials, and manpower to optimize productivity.
Address and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

Education: Minimum Diploma in related fields.
Language: Japanese JLPT N3 level.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a production leader in an automotive manufacturing company.
Understanding of electrical maintenance is required.
Must reside in the Karawang area or be willing to move to Karawang permanently.
