- Interpret technical discussions related to machinery, production processes, quality control, and maintenance.
- Assist communication between operators, supervisors, engineers, and foreign experts.
- Translate verbal instructions clearly to ensure proper execution of tasks.
- Support training sessions, audits, and inspections by interpreting instructions and feedback.
- Help translate basic documents such as Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and reports when needed.
- Ensure all communication aligns with company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Language or relevant fields
- Language: Proficiency in Bahasa and Japanese, minimum JLPT N2
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Japanese Interpreter/Translator in a Japanese manufacturing company
- Strong proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, communicative, responsible, and possess a good attitude
- Understanding of Japanese culture
- Willing to work in Karawang
