- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inquiries and coordinating hospital appointments.
- Accompany patients during hospital visits and provide translation support during doctor consultations.
- Conduct follow-ups with patients to monitor their condition and ensure service satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate reports in the internal system regarding patient assistance activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare presentation materials using PowerPoint to support seminars and related events.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2–N1 level (certified).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Prior experience as a caregiver, nurse assistant, or nurse in Japan and Indonesia.
- Friendly, personable, and enjoys interacting with people.
- A strong team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
