Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inquiries and coordinating hospital appointments.
  • Accompany patients during hospital visits and provide translation support during doctor consultations.
  • Conduct follow-ups with patients to monitor their condition and ensure service satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate reports in the internal system regarding patient assistance activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare presentation materials using PowerPoint to support seminars and related events.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2–N1 level (certified).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Prior experience as a caregiver, nurse assistant, or nurse in Japan and Indonesia.
  • Friendly, personable, and enjoys interacting with people.
  • A strong team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
