- Support native Japanese sales and after-sales activities for a rental property company focusing on Japanese customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints received in Japanese via WhatsApp and provide timely responses.
- Coordinate and escalate customer issues to the Japanese Manager when necessary.
- Maintain good communication and customer satisfaction by supporting smooth day-to-day client interactions.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to sales support and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Kualifikasi
- Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N4 - N3 (no certification needed)
- English language proficiency: Communicative
- Experience: Have experience in a similar role, but fresh graduates can be considered.
- Driver License: Not required.
