Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle the entire merchandising process, including sample creation, costing, material sourcing, production monitoring, and shipment scheduling.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with Japanese buyers and internal production teams to ensure product quality and delivery timelines are met.
- Prepare production documents, cost sheets, and order tracking reports to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor material inventory and liaise with suppliers for timely procurement to avoid production delays.
- Follow up on order progress, troubleshoot issues during production, and ensure smooth shipment arrangements to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Support internal coordination between design, production, and quality control departments to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Maintain good business relationships with buyers and contribute to long-term cooperation for sustained business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any major
- Language: Japanese and English speaking and writing
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in textile or garment merchandising
- Driver License: Sim C/A
