- 1. Candidates must be able to translate documents from Japanese to Indonesian or Indonesian to Japanese.
- 2. Provide translation and interpretation services during meetings, including general interpretation and support for the financial/accounting department, HRGA, and administration.
- 3. Understand the procedures for submitting and managing foreign workers, including Kiitas and visas.
- 4. Familiarity with business trip procedures and requirements.
- 5. Perform other assignments related to HRGA as needed.
- 6. Translate financial documents and management system documentation into Japanese.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Japanese literature
- Language: JLPT N2 certificate required
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an interpreter in a manufacturing company
- Understanding of legal procedures for foreign workers (expatriates)
- Experience in managing expatriate schedules, including hotel and transportation arrangements
- Experience in general interpretation and support for financial/accounting departments, HRGA, and administration
- Proven experience in translating financial documents and management system documentation into Japanese.
