- Successfully develop and manage project plans and budgets, identifying project goals, strategies, staffing needs, scheduling, potential risks, mitigation plans, and resource allocation.
- Provide visibility on project performance through tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Supervise and develop domestic and export packaging to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Support overseas business initiatives in new product development, purchase orders, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Language: Japanese (JLPT N2 level) and Business-level English
- Experience: Proven experience in a business development or project management role within a retail or manufacturing company.
