- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent service and fostering long-term business partnerships.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, Japanese counterparts, and internal departments regarding inquiries, orders, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
- Handle sales administration activities, including quotation preparation, order follow-up, sales reporting, and customer documentation.
- Conduct regular customer visits and meetings with the Japanese Director to understand customer needs, gather market information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any major
- Language: Japanese speaking equivalent to JLPT N3 (no certification needed)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years working as Sales and Marketing, preferably from Japanese trading companies.
